Planned timetable:
This module will involve the design and completion by a student of a project essay, conceived as the application of some aspect of theory or methodology arising from ML5001 to a work or body of writing in the student's particular field of study. This part of the course would be pursued under the direction of a member of the department concerned, and would constitute a practical exercise in research as a preparation for the M.Litt. or research dissertation.
