This module addresses interpretation and criticism of mediaeval sources. It concentrates upon a selected central body of documentation and its associated problems and introduces appropriate skills training. Both sutdents already familiar with the challenge of mediaeval sources and newcomers are welcome.

Weekly contact: 1.5-hour seminar and individual tutorials as required.
