This is a core language module for students of Russian in the first year of the Honours programme. It builds on the work covered in first and second level Russian Language modules, and study abroad for those students who have taken RU3101. The module will include translation from and into Russian, grammar and composition, and weekly oral classes with a native speaker. By the end of the module students are expected to be competent in speaking at a higher intermediate to advanced level on a variety of topics including contemporary issues and Russian culture.
