The research dissertation is the fundamental piece of independent work upon which the Geography degree is based. It provides students with the opportunity to design and undertake an independent, original piece of empirical research under the supervision of a member of staff. The dissertation is a substantial, independent piece of research that represents the culmination of both substantive and core training in Geography. Pre-requisite(s): Before taking this module you must pass GG3202 or pass SG3202

Anti-requisite(s): You cannot take this module if you take GG4298
