This module introduces students to the relations between philosophy and theology in thought about God, including themes in metaphysics, epistemology, and the philosophy of language. It will examine traditional and critical approaches to God as being, truth, and goodness, and the interplay of claims that God is both known and revealed and ultimately beyond comprehension.
